- 1986: on 13th March 1986, in a small workshop in Ronco All’Adige, Scaligera Guarnizioni of Barbieri Loris and Morandi Angelino S.n.c. was born. Their main activity was the cutting of industrial gaskets in different materials for various market sectors, covering from heating to refrigeration, to gearmotors, pumps, compressors and taps and fittings.
- 1988: First move into a nearby plant of about 500 sqm.
- 1996: The company expands and purchases advanced technology such as the first Water Jet Machine which allows the cutting of new materials and thicknesses thus also the product differentiation through the manufacturing of prototypes and small lots.
- 1999: The company obtains the ISO 9002:94 certification updated with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000
- 2002: As the years go by, the company purchases new technology and expands their fleet of high technology machines (Water Jet Machines, Cutters).
- 2003-2007: First experiences in actuating Kanban managing system for leading firms in the field of heating, heat exchangers and burners.
- 2008: Move to about 6,500 sqm new company’s premises. Development of the warehouse. Development of packaging through the production of kits and implementation of optical machine readable labelling.
- From 2010 until now: there are 35 employees with an updated fleet of machines among which 10 computerized die cutting machines, 4 swing arm cutting machines, 4 water jet cutting machines and one special cutter. Besides relying on express couriers, transport is also carried out by the company itself.
